A Little About Myself

I have lived in the Lakefield area for over 30 years; I am originally from Richmond Hill. Since moving here I have always lived in the country.

Nine years ago we moved onto Stoney Lake. Last year we moved to Clear Lake. You can boat from Clear Lake into Stoney Lake without going through the locks. Clear Lake has no islands, so is the “clear” end of Stoney or Stoney is the “stoney” end of Clear Lake. Always living in the country and now on the lake gives me a good perspective of rural and waterfront living from both a personal and professional point of view.

I have 19 years of experience selling real estate. I have always worked from an office in Lakefield. My preference is selling waterfront and rural properties. I truly enjoy showing property and working with Buyers. My enthusiasm for the properties I show generally translates to the Buyers.

There are many lakes within a half hour radius of Lakefield. Stoney, Clear, Buckhorn, Pigeon, Chemong, Big Bald, Little Bald, Katchewanooka, Big Cedar, Kasshabog, White, Julian to name a few. I am familiar with all of them.

I have my own boat, which I frequently use to show island property on Stoney Lake.

In late 2002 I joined Royal LePage Frank Real Estate and opened our office in Lakefield. I have consistently been an award winner. In 2003,04,06,07 and 08 I was the top-selling sales representative for Royal LePage Frank Real Estate in Peterborough County. I have been in the Top Ten for all of the Royal LePage Frank Real Estate offices (Durham/Peterborough) since 2003.

In 2008, I was again the top-selling sales representative for Royal LePage Frank Real Estate in Peterborough County. I again made the Top Ten for all offices of Royal LePage Frank Real Estate.
